American Workforce Group has partnered with a family owned and operated a Truck and fueling company in Auburn, WA who is looking for an Executive Assistant!

Description for Executive Assistant:
- Demonstrate polite, professional, efficient customer service in-person, over the telephone, and via email
- Always maintain confidentiality with regard to executive schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, topics discussed at meetings, and any other sensitive matters
- Draft and edit communications in various formats such as email, memos, or letters, on behalf of the executive team
- Draft and edit agreements with dealers or other vendors on behalf of the executive team
- Plan, organize, attend, and take minutes as needed at various meetings
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
- Compile and organize documents for projects within designated time frames
- Plan and organize staff events as assigned
- Perform minor accounting and accounts payable duties as assigned
- Prepare and schedule audits/inspections with various customers or vendors as assigned
- Handle and maintain Brand standards with suppliers
- Review stations Mystery Shops and submit Cures
- All other duties assigned by supervisor
Details for Executive Assistant:
- $21-$23 an hour DOE
- Monday through Friday
- 7AM - 4PM
- Benefits after hire include- - Medical, Dental, Vision, Free $15,000 Life insurance and Accidental death policies.
Requirements for Executive Assistant:
- Microsoft Excel experience preferred
- Lift 50-75 lbs
- Stand, stoop, bend, pull
- Some background restrictions may apply
- Ability to pass drug test
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
