Description of Shipping Coordinator
- Arrange pick-ups with carriers (phone, fax and/or internet)
- Confirm that daily pick-ups have been arranged and recall carriers as necessary
- Process orders for shipping
- Create, edit, confirm, and print all shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, labels, picking tickets.

- $21.00 an hour
- Day-7:00am-3:30pm
- Full time
- Temp to hire
Requirements and Qualifications of Shipping Coordinator
-Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and solve problems involving multiple variables and different levels of complexity.
-Computer proficiency in company required software and Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel) is preferred.
-High School diploma or GED Equivalent is required.
Physical Requirements of Shipping Coordinator
- Occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch, lift and/or move objects up to 65 lbs.
- Sufficient manual dexterity required to operate office equipment.
- Tolerate inclement weather, including excessive heat and cold.
