The Reinsurance Reporting Intern Will Be Responsible For
- Assisting Account Executives with client work and internal projects, particularly focusing on the post reinsurance renewal process
- Demonstrating proactive problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and critical thinking to identify opportunities to simplify and automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
- Collaborating effectively across departments to ensure seamless client support and improve workflows and dataflow
- Preparing business review materials by running reports, analyzing data, and assembling presentations
- Creating client materials, including reinsurance renewals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Assisting Account Managers in monitoring open work, timelines, and deliverables to clients
- Exhibiting strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with internal teams
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a well-organized manner
- Insurance knowledge or currently pursuing a degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in the reinsurance industry

- Competitive pay of $27.00 per hour, based on a 37.5-hour work week
- Flexible work schedule with the option to work 8.33 hours per day for nine days and have the tenth day off (every other Friday)
- Option to work from home every other Friday (that is not a Friday off)
