The primary function is to support organic search optimization for clients ranging from small to mid-size companies up through Fortune 100 global corporations. The Technical SEO Manager should be highly skilled in analyzing websites, optimizing for organic search, and troubleshooting complex SEO challenges. They will be responsible to plan for SEO in redesigns, audit newly developed websites for SEO performance, and support organic growth initiatives for Americaneagle.com clients.Responsibilities : Complete technical SEO auditsAssist in large-scale redesigns from an SEO perspectiveAnalyze newly developed websites to identify organic improvementsTroubleshoot complex SEO challengesConsult on multi-lingual, multi-regional, and global SEO strategyProvide structured data markup directionBuild XML sitemaps and robot.txt files to improve crawl performanceIdentify page speed shortcomings and providing direction to remedyMonitor websites for SEO performance and necessary updatesAnalyze organic KPIs and to create a long-term strategy for growthAssist in developing and prioritizing roadmaps to remedy SEO componentsCollaborate with web development and digital marketing teams to resolve SEO prioritiesMeasure and communicate growth in organic channels as a result of SEO effortsContribute to company-wide best web development practices as it relates to SEORequirements : 4 years of hands-on technical SEO experienceExperience managing SEO for enterprise and / or large e-commerce websitesProficiency in web development languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.)Proficiency with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster ToolsGoogle Analytics Certified with experience in Google Tag ManagerStrong experience with SEO tools including Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Botify, DeepCrawlAdvanced knowledge of schema.org and JSON-LDIn-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, up-to-date techniques, ranking factors, and principles for sound web developmentStrong communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts both verbally and in writing to clients and team membersSolid time management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environmentAbility to think logically and develop practical SEO recommendations for client websites to support their marketing strategies and effortsFollows industry trends and passionate about SEOProgramming / web development experience a plusAmericaneagle.com provides its employees with an energetic work environment and opportunities to further develop their skills. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
