We have a team of over 700 around the world and looking to continue that growth by adding another full time Recruiter to the Human Resources team. You will work on a variety of different positions within the organization to help support our technology recruiting efforts. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders across various departments and have a "hands-on" approach to attracting, assessing and hiring the best talent. Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for technical and non technical positions including sourcing, screening, facilitate assessment exercises and ultimately sign top candidates
- Use your "always be recruiting" attitude to introduce people to Americaneagle.com from online channels, referrals, hiring platforms, career fairs, and of course your own network
- Assist with posting detailed job descriptions on our careers page & outside job boards including LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and Indeed
- Act as an advocate for both Americaneagle.com and the candidate throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through resulting in a best in class candidate experience
- Utilize creative marketing, sourcing strategies and techniques to attract qualified candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field
- At least 2 years of working as a full-cycle recruiter
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Passion and ability to help build diverse teams
- Ability to handle high volume, full cycle recruitment in a fast paced environment
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
