We are looking for talented Salesforce Developers who are big-picture thinkers and in-depth problem solvers. They will be responsible for seeing issues before they arise, checking that the design follows best practices, and that the project meets the business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight and guidance to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects
- Lead complex functional discussions with clients, clearly articulate options, benefits and recommendations
- Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of an Agile team, on multiple client projects
- Serves as subject matter expert and point of contact on content, processes, procedures and functionality associated with assigned applications for projects and application support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field with 2 years of Salesforce development experience
- Knowledge and experience with Agile best practices
- Must have certifications: Developer 1 and 2, App Builder
- Nice to have, or in process of completing: Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce System Architect Certification
- Experience with Salesforce, specifically Lightning Web Components, Apex and SFDX
- Prior experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce D2C, Tableau, and Mulesoft is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal/written communication
- Have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform
- Experience with common integration patterns used between legacy systems to integrate with Salesforce platform

The US-based salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$140,000 per year.
