About the Role
The ideal candidate for the Amazon Global Advertising Manager at Americanflat will lead our advertising efforts, focusing on paid advertising strategies to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you'll manage and mentor our PPC team of about 10 people, working closely with our Amazon team to optimize campaigns across various platforms and geographies
This position is primarily a management role, ensuring the PPC team follows processes correctly and works to best practices. You will guide and develop the team while being accountable for the team’s overall results.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and manage the PPC team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure success and growth
- Oversee budgeting and allocate funds across PPC campaigns for efficient resource use
- Develop, implement, and oversee PPC campaigns on the Amazon platform to meet marketing objectives and achieve client goals
- Create and execute comprehensive advertising strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals, including in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC strategies with broader marketing initiatives and business goals
- Recruit and onboard new advertising roles for the Amazon team in collaboration with HR
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training, guidance, and leadership to all advertising team members
- Develop and adjust advertising strategy, structure, and SOPs in alignment with overall business goals, overseeing the implementation of strategies for new product launches
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns on Amazon platform
- Hands-on experience with Amazon's vendor and seller central
- Ideal if you have experience working with a large catalog of several hundred SKUs
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign data, interpreting metrics, and deriving actionable insights to optimize performance
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign setup, keyword targeting, and ad copywriting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of PPC specialists
- Must have and own a pair of noise-cancelling headsets.
