Senior Enhanced Security Specialist - TS with SCI Eligibility

AMERICAN SYSTEMS  is looking for a Senior Enhanced Security Specialist to support U.S. Navy programs in Orlando, FL! 

As a Senior Enhanced Security Specialist, you will:

A week in the life of a Senior Enhanced Security Specialist: 

• Independently performs security and administrative management of assigned SCI and SAP
• Considers all aspects of security, to include personnel security, physical security, operations security, communications security, and associated oversight
• Supports quality reviews of security work products, tracking project progress, and may assist in planning of project, resources, and schedules
• Coordinate with external teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and security, to ensure compliance with TEMPEST requirements. 

• 7 years of relevant DoD/IC program security management experience.
• Must have active Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
• Extensive knowledge of SAP/SCI standards, policy processes, and U.S. Government practices and other security laws and regulations
• Experience implementing ICD 705 standards for SAP/SCI facilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must possess an analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills
• Sound understanding of theories and practices within risk mitigation and the continually changing security environment
• Ability to implement strong security strategy with practices designed to successfully address evolving SAP/SCI security requirements
• Demonstrate the ability for advanced conceptual thinking in complex and/or completely new situations

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is  $120,000 - $140,000.
