US Army SME - SECRET

Are you an experienced US Army SME with demonstrated experience in the execution of distributed Operational Training (OT), which can encompass warfighters in Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training environments? Then we have a great opportunity for you to join our growing team in Des Moines, IA!

A week in the life of a US Army SME includes:

• Serve as primary liaison officer with Joint Fire Observer units, ADAFCO Training Course, and training rotations at the National Training Center and Joint Readiness Training Center where synthetic training can augment live training
• Mission plan and serve as event SME
• Provide academics as required

• Bachelor's Degree and eight (8) to ten (10) years related experience; a combination of education and experience can be used in lieu of degree
• SECRET clearance
• Experience as an Air Defense Artillery Fire Control Officer
• Combat Arms Branch Qualification with experience in command-and-control systems
• Maneuver experience at the Brigade Level with knowledge in integrating joint fires
• Joint Qualified with Major Command and/or staff experience
• Modeling and Simulation experience within Battle Command Training Program & Exercise
