Web Application Developer IV - TOP SECRET Clearance w/SCI Eligibility

As a Web Application Developer IV, you will:

A week in the life of a Web Application Developer IV :  

• Develop mission-focused applications and project visibility components such as user interface, automated workflows, data repositories, charts and dashboards  
• Identify and recommend ways to streamline business processes.  
• Build visual data representations using products such as Tableau or Power BI 
• Produce reports and visualizations supporting effective decision making
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements.  

• Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI Eligibility
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification required (e.g., Security CE, CCNA-Security, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (CS) or equivalent; OR additional years of relevant experience
• 10 -12 years of relevant experience 
• 6 years of hands-on web design experience
• 3 years in data collection, cleansing, interpretation, and analysis
• Skilled in Confluence and managing Oracle v19 databases
• Strong foundation in data analytics, using data mining to extract valuable insights and identify data inconsistencies
• Proficient in finding patterns and correlations with Oracle BI, Python, and R tools
• Adept at creating visual data representations with tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Experienced in data transformation and preparation processes
• Knowledgeable in software development and proficient in both front-end and back-end languages
• Familiar with Agile software development practices, including Scrum and XP
• Extensive experience working with SQL and Oracle for data extraction from large databases
• Familiar with Linux (RHEL) administration, including update management

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000.
