Job Title : Contingent Physical Therapist - In-Home Care

Location : Greater Grand Rapids Area

Job Type : Part-time, PRN (as-needed basis)

Salary : Up to $125 per visit paid weekly

Responsibilities :

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients in their homes.

Implement therapeutic exercises, techniques, and modalities to improve mobility and alleviate pain.

Educate patients and their families on prescribed exercises and self-care techniques.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy

Valid, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the State of Michigan

Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance

Compliance with HIPAA regulations
