Your Role as a Housekeeper
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and organization of our community spaces. The Housekeeper plays an essential role in maintaining a sanitary and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

This job operates in an indoor environment with adequate lighting and ventilation. It may include attending outdoor or public activities with residents.

Your Role as a Housekeeper
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and organization of our community spaces. The Housekeeper plays an essential role in maintaining a sanitary and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, organize, and adhere to a cleaning schedule.
- Perform cleaning assignments and ensure compliance with cleanliness and infection control standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
- Report maintenance and repair needs to the supervisor.
- Manage housekeeping inventory and ensure adequate supplies.
- Assist with plant and flower care as needed.
- Prepare rooms for new residents after discharge.
- Follow safety protocols for handling hazardous chemicals and maintain proper labeling.
- Attend in-service training and staff meetings to improve service and operational efficiency.
- Standing, sitting, walking, and changing positions frequently.
- Lifting or carrying up to 25 lbs.; pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to crouch, kneel, balance, stoop, and bend.
- Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, gowns, and face protection.
- Use lumbar support when lifting heavy items.
- Wear non-slip supportive shoes.
- Follow OSHA standards for hazardous chemical handling and SDS guidelines.
- Mandatory reporting of work-related injuries within 12 hours.
- Participation in company drug testing procedures.

Qualifications
- Grade school education required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
