About the Role
As a Regional Recruiter , you'll play a vital role in identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent for Americare's senior living communities. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, refine job postings for maximum impact, and develop strategic talent pipelines. Your expertise in high-volume hiring, ATS analytics, and candidate evaluation will play a key role in building high-performing teams that reflect our culture of care. This remote position requires travel, and the candidate must reside within the assigned territory in Americare's footprint across Eastern Kansas and Western Missouri.

What You'll Do
Recruitment & Talent SourcingPartner with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs across an assigned region
Manage job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring optimization for visibility and engagementConduct phone screenings and interviews to build strong candidate pipelinesUtilize social media, sourcing databases, and networking strategies to attract high-quality candidatesDevelop partnerships with colleges, job fairs, and community organizations to expand recruitment effortsEmployer Branding & Candidate EngagementPromote Americare's mission, values, and culture through recruitment materials and campaigns
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to create compelling recruitment contentFoster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring processHiring & Onboarding SupportAssist in the selection process by conducting reference checks and background screenings
Provide support in the onboarding process for leadership hires as neededTrain hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, recruitment, and ATS utilizationRecruitment Operations & ComplianceMaintain and analyze key recruiting metrics to track hiring success and improve processes
Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, including anti-discrimination regulationsContinuously optimize ATS workflows and provide recommendations for system improvementsWhat You Bring
2 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in high-volume or healthcare settingsProficiency in ATS platforms, HRIS systems, social media recruiting, and Microsoft OfficeStrong knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing, cultural fit assessments, and selection strategiesExcellent verbal and written communication with an eye for detail and creativityAbility to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAdept at networking, partnering with hiring managers, and building rapport across all levels of an organizationUnderstanding of anti-discrimination laws, affirmative action guidelines, and employment regulationsQualifications
Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related fieldPreferred : HR or Recruiting Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, TAS)Experience in social media recruiting, employer branding, and job fair coordination is a plusWillingness to travel (25%-35%) to Americare communities, hiring events, and job fairsPhysical & Sensory Demands
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbsHand-eye coordination for computer-based tasks and data entryVisual acuity and auditory ability to effectively communicate and evaluate candidatesWork Environment & Safety
