Position : Service Coordinator
Responsibilities includes direct care staff scheduling (HHA and PCA), Ensures aide placement specific to patient’s needs and requests. Other responsibilities are taking incident and complain reports; making calls to new cases once a week using communication template.

Qualifications :
- High School Graduate or GED
- Two years licensed agency experience in HR & Operations
- Strong organization and computer skills
- Excellent communication Skills
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated
