We are seeking to add a Telesales Representative to our growing team. This position will aid the Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and the company in serving the customers. The Telesales Representative is instrumental in lead generation, promoting of sale events and maintaining of customer database. The Telesales Representative exhibits superior customer service at all times.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times.
  • Always exhibit ‘hands on’ and direct approach with customers.
  • Maintain and log all phone calls to dealers and sales reps contacts into database.
  • Make phone calls to dealers on call list.
  • Ensure information is correct and consistent in every database.
  • Follow-up with consignment list, promoting sale to buyers.
  • Accurately account for your daily dealer interactions by updating real time via SalesForce data capturing.
  • Calling buyers promoting sale and building good working relationships.
  • Build and maintain dealer ‘relationships’.
  • Recapture dealers that have been lost.
  • Develop and follow-up on new leads via multiple data sources.
  • Selling of auction services to dealers.
  • Assist customers with questions and concerns.
  • Work well independently as well as a team player.
  • Report to Management in a timely manner any issues that may be detrimental to the success of operations.
  • Performs other duties as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Skills: Should be highly organized, self motivated and self disciplined. Highly goal and customer service orientated. Computer proficient. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized self-starter, highly motivated to achieve sales goals
  • Environment: The environment of the TeleSales Representative working in the office at a desk for extended periods of time and at the auction. Those working in this position are subject to repeated hours performing clerical duties while sitting at a desk. Those working in this position are subject to temperature changes, weather conditions, elevated noise levels and at times fumes and odors associated with vehicle exhaust at times
