We are seeking an Operations Coordinator who will play a key role in managing our dynamic team and facility operations. This multifaceted position combines aspects of an office manager, front desk administrator, birthday party coordinator, and staff supervisor.

Compensation: $19 - 28, depending on experience
Duties:
- Ensure excellent customer service and oversee customer relations including the oversight of email, SMS and phone delivery.
- Support the birthday party coordinator and/or perform duties as necessary to ensure seamless experience.
- Conduct background checks on new hires.
- Oversee staffing, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and scheduling.
- Handle front desk operations from Monday to Saturday.
- Manage all inventory on site.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure good communication within the team.
- Implement promotional campaigns for facility use and programs.
- Manage and oversee electronic scheduling and registration systems.
- Handle cancellations and rescheduling for booked events.
- Coordinate with marketing to boost facility usage and event participation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility at all times.
- Process payments and handle the cash register.
- Ensure all staff are properly uniformed and presentable.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas.
- Proven experience in management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and facility management software.
- Passionate about soccer and community engagement.

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
