Position Overview:
Stark Patrol LLC is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused HR Manager/Scheduler to oversee scheduling and personnel management for our security team. This is an in-office role perfect for someone passionate about building strong relationships and maintaining a well-coordinated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain weekly schedules for security personnel to ensure adequate coverage.
- Help handle scheduling changes, including call-offs and last-minute adjustments, with a proactive approach.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan for special events and client-specific needs.
- Human Resources:
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete and orientations are conducted effectively.
- Manage and maintain employee records, including certifications, attendance, and performance reviews.
- Administrative Duties:
- Monitor and manage timecards to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Team Support:
- Provide guidance and support to security team members, promoting professional development and training opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
What You Bring to the Team:
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources, scheduling, or an administrative role, preferably in the security or hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
