Position Overview:
Stark Patrol LLC is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused HR Manager/Scheduler to oversee scheduling and personnel management for our security team. This is an in-office role perfect for someone passionate about building strong relationships and maintaining a well-coordinated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling:
  • Develop and maintain weekly schedules for security personnel to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Help handle scheduling changes, including call-offs and last-minute adjustments, with a proactive approach.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan for special events and client-specific needs.
  • Human Resources:
  • Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Onboard new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete and orientations are conducted effectively.
  • Manage and maintain employee records, including certifications, attendance, and performance reviews.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Monitor and manage timecards to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Team Support:
  • Provide guidance and support to security team members, promoting professional development and training opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • At least 1 year of experience in human resources, scheduling, or an administrative role, preferably in the security or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
