Job Summary :
We are seeking someone with solid experience in HR operations, combined with a passion for strategic growth and leadership. The ideal candidate will be a proactive collaborator, ready to contribute to both day-to-day HR functions and long-term organizational goals. The HRG will report to the Director of HR and Vice President & General Counsel, and the ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our people-first initiatives, while developing the skills and experience needed for personal professional advancement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and track daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Partner with department leaders to assess staffing needs, build workforce plans, and address performance challenges.
- Maintain HR policies and programs, and when called for help, modify or design / implement policies with intentionality to align with company values.
- Champion company culture initiatives, including employee engagement, retention, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).
- Ensure compliance with local and federal employment regulations, updating policies as needed.
- Ensure confidential information remains confidential within the smallest possible group and is always discussed with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Contribute to strategic HR projects focused at all levels on organizational growth, performance optimization, and innovation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and assistance for navigating unique or difficult workplace challenges.
