Description
Arizona Rehab Campus’ Psychiatric Nurse Practitionerdirects, coordinates, and provides medical/clinical services to clients within the facility, including, but not limited to: intervention, assessment, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, engagement, family meetings, supportive psychotherapy, patient education, risk assessment and discharge planning.
Qualifications
Education: Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a Master’s level certification in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP). Unrestricted Registered Nursing license in the State of Arizona. Licensed in the State of Arizona and National Certifications.
Experience: 3 years’experience in a substance abuse, co-occurring and residential treatment setting preferred;or 3 years’ experience in the delivery of crisis mental health and/or delivery of family health treatment preferred.
Licensure: Unrestricted DEA license,DEA X license (Suboxone Certification) required,Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and has prescribing privileges through the Arizona State Board of Nursing. Healthcare Provider CPR, Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, Handle with Care within 90-days of hire and negative TB upon hire and annually thereafter.
