Minimum Qualifications :
- 5 years of management and supervisory experience
- 2 Years of Law enforcement
- 5 Years of experience as an Alarm Monitor / Emergency Dispatcher
- Authorized to use NCIC, RILETS, NLETS, And CPIC
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Secret Clearance
