As we expand our impact and services, we’re looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Concierge & Social Media Coordinator. This hybrid role combines personalized client support with creative social media management to ensure every client’s journey is celebrated and every success story is shared.
Compensation :
40,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities : What You’ll Do
Client Engagement & Milestone Celebrations :
- Welcome new clients with personalized materials and branded gifts.
- Organize and execute milestone celebrations such as loan approval cakes, congratulatory calls, and closing gift baskets.
- Ensure post-closing engagement with thank-you letters, homeownership guides, and follow-ups for Google reviews.
