The Field Service Technician will be based out of our Altoona office and is responsible for providing on-site client installations, along with repairs and maintenance of their commercial cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Support the client – Oversee all network services and perform tests on equipment and circuits. Troubleshoot issues and resolve any requests or concerns that come up promptly. Perform tests to ensure systems are error-free. Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines
- Equipment and service – Troubleshoot customer equipment issues, complete work orders, quote customers, make suggestions for equipment upgrades and maintain their current inventory.
- Company shop and service vehicles - Maintain inventory and cleanliness of the service shop and service vehicle
- Dispenser installs - Install new customer dispenser orders
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or factory certification preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and display excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
