Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages effectively.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is beneficial.
- Experience in resort environments is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities is a plus to assist diverse clientele.
