Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
  • Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages effectively.
  • Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk area.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is beneficial.
  • Experience in resort environments is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities is a plus to assist diverse clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
