Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to read schematics, and experience in facilities maintenance. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining equipment, supervising repair projects, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including fire system (Wet & Air), PTAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Drywall
- Pool Maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments and management to coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to operations.
Skills
- Proficient in facilities maintenance with hands-on experience in mechanical repairs. Electrical and plumbing a must.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively within the team and with clients.
