We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Handle clerical duties including filing, scanning, and proofreading documents.
- Utilize Google Suite for document management and communication purposes.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment is essential.
- Experience using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and colleagues.
