Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure all accounts are balanced accurately.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest relations.
- Handle phone systems efficiently, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions throughout the night shift.
- Assist guests with requests, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and enhance overall guest experience.
- Monitor security systems and respond to any emergencies or incidents as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
