- Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management of hotel staff.
- Manage revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and profitability.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
