Responsibilities:
- Clean and Maintain Guest Rooms:
- Make beds.
- Sanitize surfaces, and vacuum carpets.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
- Replenish Supplies:
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and tea.
- Refill towels, linens, and other essentials as needed.
- Maintain Common Areas:
- Clean hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces.
- Inspect Rooms for Maintenance Issues:
- Report any broken furniture, equipment, or other items that need repair.
- Follow Safety and Sanitation Protocols:
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe and proper manner.
- Adhere to hotel policies on hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Assist Guests with Requests:
- Provide extra supplies or special services as requested.
- Organize and Maintain Housekeeping Carts:
- Stock and prepare cleaning supplies and linens.
- Keep carts organized for efficient room service.
- Coordinate with Other Departments:
- Communicate with the front desk or maintenance team for special requests or repairs.
- Follow Hotel Procedures for Lost and Found Items:
- Report and hand over any items found in guest rooms or common areas.

- Cleaning Techniques and Standards:
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and high standards of cleanliness.
- Attention to Detail:
- Ability to notice cleaning needs, such as dust or stains.
- Precision in arranging items, ensuring everything is in its proper place.

- Skill in efficiently cleaning rooms within set timeframes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload, especially during peak occupancy periods.

- Ability to interact politely and professionally with guests.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

- Understanding of proper handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and tools.
