- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the facility and services
- Process reservations and cancellations efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Drive guest satisfaction by providing top-notch service
- Must be 18 or older to be able to run the bar and lounge on site
