We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information and billing.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner, providing solutions when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times. -

Skills
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest relations.

- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
