Job Overview:
AmericInn Lodge & Suites by Wyndham in Pequot Lakes/Jenkins is now accepting applications for a Part time Overnight Guest Service Representative. Hours include 11pm - 7am 2 shifts a week. Days would be Sunday and Monday.
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
-Running of Night Audit and completing all daily reports
- Monitor security of the hotel
-General Cleaning - Breakfast set up
- Laundry
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
