We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in the hotel’s operations by ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining guest satisfaction during the overnight shift. Duties
- Perform night audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Maintain security of the hotel premises during overnight hours, monitoring access points and responding to any incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel operations preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
