Are you looking for an exciting internship program in the insurance and finance industry? Americo and IPFS are excited to co-host our 10 week paid internship program in Kansas City!
*Note: This is an onsite internship. Consequently, you must be in the Kansas City area to be considered.
Job Summary:
Launch your career with Americo Life Insurance or Imperial PFS in our 2025 Summer Internship Program! You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects, build your skills, and network with professionals across companies and other interns. In addition, you’ll gain real-life experience and explore what it’s like to work as part of an organization that exemplifies people, performance, and possibilities. We have opportunities in departments across our companies in Sales, Accounting, Marketing, Project Management, IT, Claims, New Business, Producer Services, Operations, and more!
Over the 10 week program, you will participate in business projects, mentoring, professional development, and team-building activities designed to set you up for professional success.

Requirements:
- Must be currently pursuing a degree and remain fully enrolled in the program during the duration of the internship
- Must be able to begin an internship in June in Kansas City
- Freshman through Senior standing in a four-year institution pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
- Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week
