Essential Responsibilities:
- Analyze production, persistency, placement, mortality, contests, and other metrics to assess the quality of business at the agent, agency, and IMO levels. Identify both high-performing and underperforming sales behaviors relative to Americo’s expectations.
- Develop new reports, dashboards, and business intelligence metrics to track sales quality & evaluate agent performance with Americo’s pricing and profitability goals
- Provide data-driven, objective recommendations to Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership on actions needed to improve the overall business quality and financial performance.
- Support the financial evaluation of agent, agency, and IMO contests, ensuring they align with business objectives and contribute to sustainable growth.
- Assist with the financial analysis of special projects related to products, processes, and strategic initiatives as needed.
- Proficiency in querying databases with SQL
- Advanced Excel Skills (Dashboards, formulas [such as Index Match, IFS] pivot tables)
- Familiarity with BI Tools (Tableau)
- 2 years professional experience of analyzing data
