Job Overview:
The Administrative Customer Support role involves managing a high volume of inbound sales and customer service calls, guiding customers on driveway seal coating needs, and scheduling services, repairs, and replacements. This includes answering questions, providing quotes, data entry, and addressing unresolved customer inquiries post-call. The ideal candidate excels in administration and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume incoming calls from new and existing customers.
- Maintain average call duration of 3-6 minutes.
- Explain products and services to help customers choose the best options.
- Provide quotes and schedule driveway sealcoating, repairs, and replacements.
- Facilitate sales and coordinate service scheduling.
- Record interactions in the CRM system meticulously.
- Manage customer inquiries, estimates, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the service.
- Assist in managing customer reviews.
- Track and ensure timely payments and collections.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office programs is a MUST!
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Comfortable managing high volume phone calls.
