Seasonal Customer Service Representative (April-October) at AmeriCoat Asphalt & Concrete
AmeriCoat Asphalt & Concrete is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative with exceptional time management and inbound call handling skills. We seek individuals passionate about interacting with people and achieving numerical targets. The ideal candidate excels in administration and task prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume incoming calls from new and existing customers.
- Efficiently handling a high volume of calls and inquiries within limited time frames.
- Understand our products and services, including the types of sealcoating, repair techniques, and replacement processes.
- Assess and suggest recommendations that fit the customer’s needs.
- Understanding customer needs, showing empathy, and remaining patient, especially with frustrated or confused customers.
- Provide accurate quotes and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Identify customer issues and offer effective solutions, especially when dealing with complaints or scheduling conflicts.
- Selling and scheduling services for customers on the first call. Speed to market!
- Managing multiple tasks, maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, and keeping track of scheduling and payments.
- Maintaining a friendly and proactive demeanor to create a pleasant customer experience.
- Follow up with customers as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities for both internal and external interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is a MUST!
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Comfortable managing high-volume phone calls.
