Experience
- Proven experience with Paver, Roller, Skid Steer and Backhoe.
- Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.
- Previous roles involving asphalt paving is required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Compensation:
- $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience and abilities. Details discussed during the interview.
