Your Role
As a passionate member of our team, you'll independently manage sophisticated refrigeration maintenance and repair within the warehouse. You'll ensure operational goals are not only met but exceeded, influencing areas such as mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components. From time to time, you'll also take the lead with contractors.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and configure optimal settings for refrigeration systems, predict performance outcomes and initiate proactive solutions.
- Perform pump-outs and evacuations for component swaps or repairs, following established safety procedures.
- Lead efforts in diagnosing issues in systems ranging from controls to mechanics, proposing actionable remedies.
- Conduct meticulous calibrations and component replacements adhering to best practices and safety protocols.
Qualification Highlights
If you have a high school diploma, five years managing industrial refrigeration projects, and a penchant for ammonia systems, we want you on our team. Completion of highly regarded training programs is a plus, and obtaining similar certifications could set you apart.

- Ability to thrive in extreme indoor and outdoor temperatures.
- Comfortable working at significant heights.
- Strong physical aptitude, able to maneuver heavy equipment and work tools.
- Clear vision and the ability to pass physical and respiratory exams.
- Willingness to take on non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends.
