YOUR ROLE
Join our team to perform an array of maintenance tasks on both Electrical and Mechanical Systems within our cold storage automated facility. From working solo to internal collaborations, your day promises diverse challenges:
- Main Focus: Tackle maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems such as conveyors, turntables, and hydraulic machinery.
- Additional Expertise: Dive deep into hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotic systems.
- Daily Duties: Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and innovate improvements.
- Documentation: Keep meticulous records using CMMS.
- Workspace: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to housekeeping standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Holding 3-7 years in electro-mechanical maintenance in automated settings.
- Preferably certified (CMRT) or possessing equivalent credentials.
- Training in related fields is a plus.
EXTRA CREDITS
- Knowledge in Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Familiarity with lubrication techniques and power transmission principles.
- Understanding of electrical safety measures and PPE usage.
- Skilled in electrical system troubleshooting and diagnosis.
- Experience with three-phase systems and wiring practices.
- Acumen in safety devices and sensor technology.
- Technical skill mentorship ability within team settings.
- Precision in maintenance techniques and familiarity with CMMS, preferably SAP or Oracle.
- Proficient communication and analytical skills.
