What you'll Do
The Network Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network solutions that support our business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of network technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance network and cloud solutions utilizing Cisco, Palo Alto, and Azure technologies across Americold's global network.
- Research new equipment based on business requirements as well as hardware lifecycles based on the IT Roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Building automation and AI into solutions where possible and to improve speed and reliability of service
- Evaluate and recommend network technologies and tools to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain network architecture documentation.
- Ensure network solutions are aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the network team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
