Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Americold, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints concerning work-orders, shipments, inventory counts, and other related matters
- Reporting customer feedback to management to ensure continuous improvement
- Providing clerical support, including overseeing all paperwork associated with orders and maintaining corresponding files
- Scheduling loads as required and maintaining updated reports to ensure all loads are empty and closed
- Resolving refused product, over, short, and damaged (OS&D) orders in a timely and professional manner
