We are an industry leading commercial printing company that is looking for an Admin Assistant that is self-motivated with a strong work ethic to join our team. The candidate must possess strong computer skills, must be well organized and detail oriented.
The candidate for this position will be reporting to several members of management and performing different job duties as assigned for each manager. you must be willing to work in a very fast paced, tight deadline environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 years of admin assistant experience required
- 1 years of office experience preferred
- Computer knowledge a must
- Microsoft Windows a must
- Mac OS Experience a plus
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Detail oriented and good organizational skills required.
- Attendance is vital to this position!
- Must be able to stand for 2-4 hours continuously.
- Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
- Assist Shipping Department with everyday tasks such as invoicing, creating shipments, reporting, filing, customer service and other job duties as assigned.
