This role is open to candidates within a commutable distance of our Meridian, ID office. This role is non-exempt hourly and pays $18.00-$19.00 an hour, dependent on experience. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

 

The Client Services Representative’s primary responsibility is to dial, answer, screen, and transfer calls in a professional and timely manner. The Client Services Representative is also responsible for receiving inbound calls, making outbound calls, handling escalated issues, updating information in our CRM and delivering outstanding customer service. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls in a timely manner throughout shift. 
  • Make outbound calls to update our clients.
  • Answer client emails / chats through our internal database. 
  • Follow call center scripts when handling different topics.
  • Redirect clients to appropriate departments and teams when appropriate.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database CRM in a comprehensive way.
  • Assist client advocates with client enrollment processes.
  • Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interactions.
  • Update client information through the progression of their enrollment (email, chat, or by phone).
  • Assist clients with modifications to their program (Drafts, Billing, Retention, etc.)
  • Assist with our client internal retention processes.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers through ongoing excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed call quotas both personally and as a team. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • 0-1 years experience in customer service and/or call center environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals.
  • Pleasant, friendly, and a team player attitude with an ability to adapt to change.
  • Must be able to take direction and constructive criticism.

 

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
