Americor is hiring a Remote Sales Manager to lead a team of 15 Debt Consultants. Your key responsibilities will include driving team performance, delivering effective sales training, managing enrollments, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and guiding your team on time management. You'll also ensure your team remains compliant with Americor’s high-quality standards. Given the fast-paced nature of our environment, strong leadership is essential to keeping your team motivated, particularly during high-volume periods. A positive, resilient mindset will be crucial to your success in this role.
Responsibilities :
- Motivate, coach, and mentor sales representatives to maximize their performance, productivity, and professional development.
- Set and achieve targets and implement effective sales strategies.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
- Ensure the sales team provides excellent customer service, promptly addresses client concerns, and fosters long-term relationships built on trust and transparency.
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met.
- Uphold high ethical standards and ensure that sales practices are fair, transparent, and compliant with regulations.
- Create and Foster an open communication environment for your team.
- Liaise with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
