We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Americourt Hotel. As a vital part of our hotel management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience at our front desk.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in efficiently, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information and recommendations to guests regarding local attractions, amenities, and services.
- Manage room assignments, key distribution, and other guest-related tasks.
- Conduct night audits, maintaining the accuracy of guest accounts and ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Work closely with the hotel management team to ensure seamless operations and achieve guest satisfaction goals.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to hospitality and customer service, consistently striving for excellence.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and guests simultaneously.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and processes.
- Strong guest relations skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and room assignments.
- Night audit experience is a plus.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
