Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling. This role involves working on various remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from schematics and blueprints to execute remodeling tasks accurately.
• Perform electrical work as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Fabricate components for remodeling projects using various tools and techniques.
• Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the remodeling process.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in clean and safe conditions.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues that may arise during projects.
• Use an ohmmeter and logic controllers as necessary for electrical tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields.
• Strong understanding of schematics, electrical systems, and mechanical principles.
• Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.31 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
