The Position:
AmeriCU Credit Union is in search of a Quality Control Analyst who aligns directly with our mission to provide our members with the right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success, and our vision to be the most admired organization in every community we serve. The Quality Control Analyst will:
- Execute the quality control function at AmeriCU to control/mitigate risks and avoid financial loss.
- Work collaboratively with business lines to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
What you will do:
As a Quality Control Analyst your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing new and closed consumer deposit account files to ensure all required documentation is received, completed, and signed correctly.
- Reviewing new consumer loan, line of credit, and credit card files to ensure all required documentation is received, completed, and signed correctly.
- Providing accurate and timely reports of findings used to determine trending and recommendations.
- Entering data into reports to assist in quantifying risk.
- Ensuring data integrity issues within the credit union platforms or systems are reported timely and accurately to the appropriate parties.
- Keeping fully informed of all lending and deposit products, policies, and procedures.
- Remaining current with regulation changes from government and state agencies affecting the credit unions processes.
- Facilitating with third party QC vendor as deemed necessary.
