As a Supervisor of T&R you will lead the team in day-to-day management and priortiziation of work, effectively utilizing department training materials, capacity models, and project templates in order to meet and exceed the strategic department goals and policies. The Team Lead will be responsible for all operational and client deliverables with the full support and guidance from the Department Operations Manager
Schedule : Monday thru Friday
Pay : $22 - $24 an hour
What will you be doing?
- Understand and action current department resources to make accurate, informed decisions that meet or exceed department goals.
- Remain adaptable to changing business needs, develop, and execute daily operational plans to proactively lead the department.
- Provide detailed reporting and analysis of daily performance to provide consistent, meaningful development growth of team members.
- Workplace management of team through approved business platforms.
- Manage daily inputs into department data models utilized in managing and planning daily operational needs and FTE resources.
- Document updates and status for all clients to streamline operations daily and weekly updates to clients.
- Provide professional and accurate communication across all internal and external key stakeholders.
- Evaluate current and develop future training materials as it aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Ability to collaborate with all departments for process, requirements, identify gaps, change requests and training needs.
- Train necessary team members on operational knowledge, states, or other processes.
- Lead change through active team engagement and root cause analysis.
- Research issue of escalated emails and respond.
- Identify and fix errors in API or report to IT.
- Ensure daily work is entered and processed within client’s SLA.
- Delegate necessary task to team members.
- Follow up with team over customer concern emails to ensure processors are responding to clients.
- Assisting processors with issues.
- Review reports and follow up with the team on where they need to be with entering and past ETA.
- Personal responsibility to manage change.
- Attend customer and client meetings to provide updates on performance metrics, including SLA compliance, emerging trends, and ongoing issue resolution.
- Oversee and maintain employee timecards to ensure accurate tracking of attendance and hours worked.
- All other duties assigned by management.
