What You’ll Do:

• Engage with potential customers by answering incoming calls, following up on online leads, and driving sales.
• Provide clear and compelling information about our products and services to close deals effectively.
• Use your exceptional people skills to resolve service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records throughout all interactions.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A relentless positive attitude and the ability to work independently as part of a fast-moving team.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• The ability to build strong rapport with clients and deliver persuasive sales presentations over the phone.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—your phone and language skills are critical to your success.
• Basic to midrange computer skills, including proficiency with cloud-based apps and GSuite/Google Workplace (a plus).
• Call center experience is a bonus, but not required.
