Location: Simi Valley, CA (On-Site, Full-Time) Schedule: Monday – Friday

This role is a hybrid of IT support and creative marketing, ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, automation, and building engaging marketing materials.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Basic IT Support & Onboarding

· Onboard new Loan Officers and employees into our systems, ensuring they have seamless access to tools and platforms.

· Provide general IT troubleshooting for software, hardware, and connectivity issues.

· Manage system integrations to ensure smooth workflow across platforms.

· Assist employees with system navigation and provide hands-on support when needed.

Website Maintenance & Enhancements

· Maintain and enhance the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is updated and functional.

· Optimize website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement design updates as needed.

· Support SEO and user experience improvements to drive engagement.

Creative Marketing & Automation

· Create mortgage marketing materials using tools like Canva for social media, emails, and campaigns.

· Manage Zapier integrations and automated workflows, improving operational efficiency.

· Collaborate with Loan Officers to develop branded content that aligns with Amerifund’s vision.

· Assist in setting up and optimizing CRM automation for lead follow-up and engagement.
